Diagnosis
Mesoscutum dark golden-green with raised and rather strong reticulation, midlobe with posterior 1/3 with engraved reticulation, notauli as distinct and curved grooves in posterior ½; scutellum metallic dark purple; propodeum with a very narrow median carina, LC/WC = 12.5, and submedian grooves 4.1X as wide as median carina; petiole short, 0.6X as long as wide in female, 1.0X in male; notauli as strong and curved grooves in posterior ½; female gaster elongate, MM/LG = 0.5. Similar to avarus but with distinctly smaller meshes on mesoscutum and scutellum.
